Xenn (hereinafter “us”, “we” or “our”) operates the website and the Xenn mobile application (“hereinafter referred to as Service”). 

This page contains information about our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use our Service and the choices you have regarding that information. 

We use your information to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, the terminology used in this Privacy Policy has the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, available at 


  • Service:  By service we mean the website and the Xenn mobile application on Android and iOS managed by Xenn
  • Usage Data: Usage Data is automatically collected data generated by the use of the Service or the infrastructure of the Service itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • Cookies: Cookies are information files that are stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

We however only use storage facilities located in Europe, and therefore under the jurisdiction of GDPR, for Personal Data storage.  

Please note that if you are located outside the EU and you provide us with data, we will transfer this data, including Personal Data, to the EU and process it there. 

Your agreement to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information constitutes your consent to that transfer. 

Xenn will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that your Personal Data will never be transferred to an organization or a country unless appropriate controls are in place, including the security of your data and other personal data.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to simplify our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform services under our Service, or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

We may use third party Service Providers to track and analyse the use of our Service. 

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service from Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the collected data to monitor and track the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the advertisements of its own advertising network. You can indicate that you do not wish to make your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on . This add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about your activities on the internet.   • Meta Pixel: The Meta-pixel is a piece of code that is integrated into the Service. This measures the effectiveness of advertisements and provides insight into the actions taken by people using the Service.

The Meta pixel is used for the following: 

  • Ensure ads are shown to the right people.
  • Stimulate sales of the Service
  • Measure advertising results.

Links to other sites 

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. Clicking on a third party link will take you to that third party’s site. We strongly recommend that you verify the Privacy Policy of each site you visit. 

We have no control over and assume no liability regarding the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. 

Children’s privacy 

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). 

We never knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal data, we ask that you contact us. If you become aware that we have collected personal information from children without parental control verification, we will take appropriate steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. 

We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before the changes take effect and we will update the “effective date” stated at the top of this Privacy Policy.
